We base our menu development on guidelines from the Children's Food Trust. All our meals are prepared in our kitchen from fresh ingredients.
We use free range eggs, milk from the local milkman and meat is British farm assured (the ones with the little red tractor on the label). We do not add salt to our dishes, the excellent taste is achieved with the addition of herbs and spices.
We also offer vegetarian options which include macaroni cheese, cheesy pasta bake, Quorn fillets, chick pea curry.
In close cooperation with parents our experienced cook is able to cater for children's allergies and provode meals free of soya, dairy, wheat etc.
For babies we ask parents to send in sterilised bottles containing boiled water and formular in a seperate container which can be added when the bottle is needed. Breast feeding can be accomodated. When babies are weaning we can liquidise or mash our lovely meals to the right consistancy alturnatively parents can send in their own weaning foods.
